「很好的酒店」

「First of all, we were somewhat greeted by a man on a screen that is remote broadcasting from India. No other perskn was physically in tge room. Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. We were all put in a room next to a large group. Upon their arrival there were kids screaming and adults cussing. They slammed doors and made lots of noise. We asked to...

「Loved the tower room with the brick walls and very comfy chaise longue. Nice and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Watched the 4th of July fireworks from the back stairs. Enjoyed the fire pit. Breakfast was okay. Coffee nice and strong. Good location. Could walk everywhere. Easy free parking.」

「Hotel was great. The elevator broke and I was stuck on it for 10-15 minutes. Staff didn’t seem to care. A simple apology would’ve been nice.」

「What a great place to stay! The staff was amazing and maintained our room daily ( clean towels and bed sheets). Bed was very comfortable, slept great . Parking on site and pet friendly. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. Is walking distance to downtown Petaluma. Will definitely stay here again; highly recommend!!! Thank you for a great stay!!」
