“We had an awesome time staying at La Toubana! The set up of the resort on the cliff side is very unique….. having a pool up top overlooking the sea and beach below offers the best of both worlds. They have done a great job of making each bungalow feel secluded utilizing the elevation of the cliff and foliage of the land. Bungalow 19 had a great view of a small cover and cliff side but also the southern tip of Basse-Terre in the background. This resort is on the smaller scale and more intimate,……

“Mauvaise localisation sur le site hôtels.com”

“Good service but really low quality stay”

“The location close to the port was important with ferry access but it was nice to be able to walk around the historical port area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful- I had not had lunch and was starving - they graciously made me a snack (it was not free but I was grateful). They also made a great dinner recommendation in close proximity. The previous night the area was involved in protests and I felt very safe as a female solo traveler.”

“The pool and the view were perfect!”

“The AC didn’t work at first but the mgr got back to me quickly and it was resolved. It was a very good stay after that, the staff were lovely to me and the bed was super comfy!!! Small space but comfortable for one person or a couple.”

“J'ai n'ai passé qu'une seule journée au sein du logement, mais de ce que j'ai vu, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je le recommande et remercie son hôte.”

“Bonne acceuil par Mr Bernard. Belle piscine avec un surveillance la piscine est souvent sale aux abords des escapers… dommage”

“Hôtel confortable et agréable Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner buffet Un bel espace pour la piscine”

“I particularly enjoyed the breakfast here. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was excellent. However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. The front desk staff were generally very good and were eager to help me with matters such as bus routes, making change, and arranging taxis. What also left a strong impression on me was that the local ecology seems to be well preserved. There are a cat, chickens,……

“The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet.”

“Ambiente familiar, muy limpio, piscina muy agradable, volvería sin dudar”

“Pas eu une bonne réception,,,avons attendu 1h30 devant la porte Pas vraiment d'eau chaude pour la douche Pas de Wifi dans les chambres et très peu dans le petit local de Wifi à l'entrée de la Résidence ”

“La chambre, douche et wc sont correctement entretenus.rien à dire.petit bémol peut être le parking est assez petit”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The pictures of this accommodation are false advertisement. On arrival there was a musky damp smell in which a candle was lit in attempts to mask the smell. COCKROACH infested in every room, when communication was made to the host he ignored this and had a cleaner to kill them with her slipper. This accommodation is moldy, smelly and not worth the money. AVOID!!!!”
