Precisa melhorar

Falta manutenção na pousada, quarto com cheio de esgoto no banheiro e limpeza ruim. O recepcionista tinha que se revezar entre manobrar carro e atender os clientes. Café da manhã gosto e com bastante opções. Pelo preço pago na diária precisa melhorar e MUITO.

Fiquei decepcionada ao chegar no quarto e ver que NÃO TINHA AR CONDICIONADO. Nas descrições realmente não tinha, porém nas fotos tinha, o que me levou ao erro, não imaginava que hoje ainda existe acomodações em hotéis sem ar condicionado.

Péssima experiência!

Me surpreendi negativamente com o hotel. Petrópolis é um local úmido então é comum ter um choro bem forte, mas achei de uma falta de respeito e de higiene tudo! Ao entrar no hotel a recepção é ok, meu quatro era no 3 andar, próximo ao elevador. Ao entrar no quarto, a tomada fica perto da porta, e não tem outra perto da cama, ou seja, se você apagar a luz, vai ficar sem enxergar direito até chegar na cama novamente. Banheiro não possui secador de cabelo. As toalhas todas super encardidas. Mas o que me deixou ainda mais chateada, foi encontrar cabelos pelo chão do quarto, o muito pó com no móvel que fica embaixo da tv. Inclusive a TV não sei quem foi o gênio que teve a ideia de colocar tão alto que beira o teto! Impressionante! Como se não pudesse piorar, pela manhã é possível ouvir os pombos no forro do telhado. Decepcionante! Isso mais em uma diária de 600 reais!!! Estava no final de semana de um festival de música! Com certeza não é um local que voltaria a me hospedar!
