“This cozy little caboose was exactly what we needed for a short little getaway. There is no stovetop but there is a microwave and a grill. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors and the local shops/restaurants in Manitou Springs so we did not utilize the kitchen area much. No AC, but the caboose sits in a wooded area with lots of air movement. We opened the windows and turned on the fans which kept it quite cool (in August!). “We had a wonderful stay at this home outside of Colorado Springs. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The listing pictures are very accurate, yet cannot do justice to the view and setting. Truly a unique property. Our family of four (kids shared one of the two beds) were very comfortable and agreed that this was our favorite place to stay while on vacation in Colorado.
