"Nice place. Breakfast was good although we had no AC in our room. We got a fan for the night but it was quite hot. Nice location! Hotel in repairs so no water in lobby. The women at the reception got us 50% refund for our night as there were no AC."

"Booking in was a doddle, staff were welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, but all the fittings were unique and a lot of money and thought had gone into the design. The room was ultra clean and the shower was so powerful, with complimentary drinks (including beer and coke!), refreshed every day. Breakfast was too die for plenty of fruit and hot stuff in a buffet style. The bar brewed their own been, 6 super choices and the restaurant food was out of this world! All at reasonable prices. Sam was the one staff member that excelled, he always was friendly and helpful, but all the staff were great."

"Convenient location, easily reachable by public transportation or by foot. Beautiful view from bar on the 13th floor and from room as well (room on the 12th floor). Very helpful staff - Patricia from reception was doing her best to make our stay comfortable. Attached to the shopping centre - few steps from everything you may need (food, shops, gym, park)."
