「The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

「The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.」

「by the airport; Expedia should have address of this property clearly marked so guests could book taxis and share rides like grab. I had to call the property and was given vague instructions. If you didn't speak Vietnamese, it would have been an issue. Shame on Expedia. 」
