Phang Nga Coast Business Hotel

"A very peaceful resort, a bit out of tge way for local shops or restaurants other than those on the resort, which were great. Staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Local shuttle bus or boat was useful, but only to other resorts. Grab taxis were cheap to get out a d about. Our villa was stunning, well maintained and laid out, ultimate luxury."

"This property had lush, green, grounds right on the beach which looked amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well and had adequate parking and a security guard. The room was very spacious, clean, with a small patio where you can observe different birds flying around. There are many restaurants that are within 7 minutes walk and various currency exchange shops. The only negative is that the wait staff in the dining area needs to be more consistent in their interaction with guests because they would cater to some while others had to fend for themselves. The breakfast was also very good but the only downside was that the juice was made from concentrate and not freshly squeezed."

All Of the the team from What ever department made you feel special and that you are the most important person in the world . From the first moment upon arrival To the very second i left I had a magical experience. The quality of the food was second to none and drift was a treat . Highly recommend this delightful wonderful property for a real treat !!! "

"Loved the private pool and the spacious quarters "

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
