「We had a very dirty room two says in a row. I attempted to address this with the staff but was never followed up with. Was told the manager would be in touch, but I never heard anything. We have stayed her successfully several times, but after the last two visits will sadly be looking elsewhere.」

「Very clean and quiet. When we checked it, there was mention of a complimentary breakfast. We inquired about the breakfast, and the desk staff explained that this hotel is mainly a longer term, so breakfast was no included. We didn't consider this to be a significant issue because there are numerous locations nearby where we could get breakfast.」

「When I booked this room I got it because it was pet friendly and I have a service animal with me but when I went to tell the receptionist, I was still charged a fee when online reflected that it would be waived. Room itself was organized but the bathroom and walls were filthy. They really overlook cleaning the main areas.」
