Pleasant stay in Philly

We enjoyed our stay in a pleasant property just a few blocks away from a major public transit line. The manager responded quickly when we contacted him about trouble we had using the TV.

Very unprofessional

I was supposed to stay at this place and never even got passed the front door due terrible communication and unprofessional customer service. I had a 2 night stay and on the first night couldn’t get through the front door because of the (lock code) I tried contacting whom ever manage the property and had the most difficult time trying to get in contact with them, I had to wait until the next day to finally get into contact with the property manager in order to issue a refund that I have heard nothing about.
