Stayed 4 nights. Should’ve left after 1 night. Registered 4 people and had 2 towels. Got more from room cleaner. Entire floor smelt of pot and I’m a cigarette smoker but it was BAD 24/7. Neighbors made noise and threw things until 4am and then a night of passion that my kids heard. Yes reported. No coffee maker. No information about hotel, tv or local restaurants (and there’s one next door)Put dirty towels outside door, had to grab my own off from cleaning cart that was left. No hand towels so we used the washcloth. Not friendly reception. Third night asked for two more towels, hand towel(got washcloths again) and toilet paper. Room never cleaned. Shower and toilet worked. Walls dirty. Security Window broken on second floor heard wind and highway. I was hesitant per prior reviews but we were there for a football game which it’s close to it. That is its only plus. There is a deposit owed that they tell you once checked in but not listed on Expedia. Up until this morning, I would have said no bugs but fully opened curtains and found a roach. Spend more money and go the casino or center Philly.

The whole place smells like smoke, especially the elevators, so we always opted for the stairs. The food was mid grade to low, and nothing changed the entire time, except for the bananas. The shampoo and conditioner were nice, and I appreciated the lotion and appliances in the rooms. The front desk staff were friendly, and there were two convenient diners by the hotel. But because of the loud noises and smoke filled hallways and elevators I would not choose to stay there again

A very clean, convenient hotel. Small improvements are needed, like having a power outlet available for the desk…I had to unplug the lamp to plug in my laptop…but overall this hotel is a great value, I would stay here again. Hot breakfast is legit!

Pics are very deceiving. The hotel is old, run down and appears they have tried to update the rooms but the work is terrible. The first room they gave us had water damage, stains on the walls and an open ceiling in the washroom with missing panels, it was very beat up. We spoke to the front desk and they gave us another room. The second room was slightly better but had a really weird smell. The entire 5th floor smelled like marijuana and the elevators were super sketchy. All the walls and doors were banged up as well, the ceiling throughout the hotel was stained and wallpaper was peeling off the walls everywhere. Only plus was the location and the bed was comfortable. Very disappointing as we stay at lots of La Quinta hotels and this was the only bad experience.

It appears that this property has recently been renovated. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5 rating now. The airport shuttle was the only negative part of my experience, as they left me waiting at the airport for over an hour. It took two phone calls and more waiting before the driver finally arrived with an excuse about losing his phone. This may have been the fault of the shuttle service, not the hotel

This was an inexpensive hotel with shuttle service. The age of the hotel is showing but for a quick overnight stay this fits the bill. Overall nice hotel and nice staff. The rooms are dated and show their age which makes them feel dirty. Maybe a refresh is needed including new linens.

Good stay near the airport with a regular, free shuttle to the airport. Gym condition below par with treadmills not functioning, no water or towels and room kept way too hot. Nice free breakfast. Hallways and stairwells constantly smell of marijuana smoke. It must be from the staff. A definite turn off.

1) I stayed on the 2nd floor and after the second night there was the smell of weed that permeated the hallway. 2) I called the front desk a couple of times and each time the phone rang, rang and rang. I hung up then called back. 3) I also used the airport shuttle and while the drivers were nice the waits were long, one wait was 30 min and another was 45 minutes. 4) the breakfast could use some variety. 5) nice location to the airport
