Located on the second floor, the entire space has been fully renovated with high end features and comfortable amenities. Enter the unit from the private entrance and step right into the modernized kitchen featuring sleek custom cabinets, granite countertops, full stove, microwave, and full refrigerator.
The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook including pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dish ware. Find small appliances including a coffee maker with coffee provided. Enjoy clean lines, exposed brick, and beautiful light fixtures creating a highly desired city loft feel.

Walk from the kitchen into the living space that features a comfortable oversized sofa, wall mounted slim TV with Wi-Fi ready to stream your favorite shows. Large windows fill the room with natural light.

Our kitchen island can certainly be used as a workspace for travelling guests. It's designed to be versatile and can serve a variety of functions beyond just food preparation. And it's large enough to accommodate a laptop, papers, or other work materials, making them an excellent choice for a temporary workspace.

Just off the living room, find the bedroom featuring a brand-new full bed mattress with crisp linens and plush pillows. A wall mounted TV ready to stream is ready for you to watch your favorite shows right in bed. Additionally find a mini fridge stocked with water for convenience.

The fold down futon is perfect for the extra guests accompanying on the trip. Linens and pillows are provided to ensure a comfortable night’s rest.

The unit’s single bathroom has been beautiful renovated including custom tile work in a low entry shower, floating vanity, and new fixtures. Find all the bathroom essentials you need including towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

This lovely townhome has a Walk Score of 72 out of 100. This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

Lebanon Ave is a 14 minute walk from the 10 13th-Market to 63rd-Malvern at the 63rd St & Jefferson St stop.

The location is Wynnefield, near Saint Joseph University and City Line Ave

Has good transit which means many nearby public transportation options.

There are several options for getting around:

Public transportation: The neighborhood is well-served by public transportation, with several bus routes and a trolley line running through the area. The SEPTA Route 10 trolley runs along Lancaster Avenue, just a few blocks north and provides access to West Philadelphia, Center City, and other parts of the city.

Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.

Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.

As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

NO SMOKING!

Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using hookah inside or outside of our apartment. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in our premises.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests.

★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

Please note that these units are on the second and third floors. You must ascend a flight of stairs.
