Checked in on 5/8/24 and visited Fitness room first upon obtaining room key since my plan was to work out everyday there. The Fitness room felt like 85 degrees and it was evident A/C was not working. Informed front desk. Went to my room assigned on 5th floor and the Room was at 75 and thermostat set at 70. Here again the A/C was not working; however, they did provide another room on 2nd floor that was working better except the HVAC unit would periodically make loud noises throughout the night. Cleanliness: microwave was dusty, left over hairs were in bathroom sink from previous occupants. Keep in mind they do not provide lotion or trashcan liners. So bring your own lotion. Free Breakfast: OK but not the worse nor best. Worked out on 5/9 morning in Fitness Center before it got too hot since A/C still not working. 5/10 noted Fitness door propped open to let cool in. 5/11 on day of check out Fitness Room A/C finally working. The highlight of the hotel is the staff: From the shuttle van driver, housekeeping, breakfast attendant, and front desk they are the nicest people.

Had to change room as thermostat was inoperable. Second room given was not cleaned well, had the smell of pot, found dirty fork and dirty sock in the room. Mattress were very squishy, not firm at all. One elevator broken, ice machine on floor not working. Went to do laundry, one washer and one dryer out of order, the other machine didn’t spin the clothes and left them soaked, put in to dry after squeezing out the excess water and they were still soaked at end of the dry cycle, took to front desk to get them dried. Price for wash and dry was high ($5 each). The breakfast was nothing worthy to talk about, tried to make tea, no hot water available, The customer service was great however, the hotel itself needs maintenance to be on top of these issues. Would not recommend!

Workers were lovely but when they turned down our room they did not give us brand new hand towels. Also founds some bugs on the wall. Overall good stay especially because it was last minute.

Pool was closed, one of the two elevators was out of service. There was a hair stuck to the shower wall in our room (upon arrival) and something hard/solid stuck to the clean sheets the hotel provided for use on the sofa bed. It wasn't awful; it just could have been better.

We get there around 3:50 the room was not ready. They charged $25 for parking they didn’t mention when we do the reservation. The room just have 2 big towels, no extra blanket for the sofa bed, no sugar for the coffe in the room. Not friendly people at the front desk.

Employees were very nice. I did have an experience with bugs in my room I asked to change rooms. They did do that with no hassle. Beds were sub par and I did not care for the split bathroom.

Les commodités de l’hôtel sont intéressantes. La chambre pour plusieurs, il est indiqué canapé lit double, mais en réalité c’est un divan avec un lit simple en dessous que l’on peut tirer. Pas très pratique. La piscine très petite et pas très bien entretenue. Le déjeuner était bien, plusieurs choix. Nous avons séjourné à cet hôtel deux fois pour une escale d’une nuit. Le prix est abordable et c’est proche de l’aéroport. Je ne recommanderais pas pour un long séjour par contre.

The hotel is well located near the airport but a bit run down. We arrived and the elevator was broken and we had to wait a while for it to be taken up to the room. The sofa bed had no linens and we had to go down to get them because there was no personnel available. Would not stay here again.

This particular SpringHill Suites is obviously in a drastic cost cutting mode. The one elevator still was inoperable and has been since we stayed here in early Nov..;breakfast foods offered are cheap & void of any taste. No towels in the Fitness room; pool was shut down because it was dirty(how long does it take to shock a pool?) Some employees are , at best, indifferent. Won't be staying here again even though it's convenient to where I need to go.
