I liked the location. About it . I when i booked the room i was supposed to have a balcony and room cleaner daily No coffee or tea available in room. Not clean. No safe in room as described. Or any of the aove. Staff not interested in making a happy stay. Do not revisit.

There are drops of water from the above room In the toilet and after the staff was told, someone repairing in 24 hours. The cashier is lovely, the staff downstair are sincerely even though they are not in a uniform. I will be back again for sure.

Pleasant stay

First time staying at this guest house, ideal for anyone on a budget, clean and quiet, for the money it's hard to beat. Staff on reception where ok, helped me out when needed. I would stay here again no problem!

Outstanding

A delightful guesthouse, very tastefully decorated and new. Exceptionally clean, with cold airconditioning and hot water available. The beds are firm but comfortable and the TV reception is good. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, the only thing that would make this perfect would be a fridge in the room. situated close to many food outlets, a pharmacy, ATM and laundry services within 100 metres. Outstanding value for money

Fancy Guest House has always been my ‘go to’ place to stay in PHnom Penh. This is my first stay since ownership changed! I precooked and prepaid. When I arrived there was no room for me! I anticipated there could be a problem with prebooking sonI had a fiend in Phnom Penh contact , several days in advance to confirm my booking! When I expressed frustration about no room, the lady at front desk lied to me and told me that my friend cancelled my room, then she said they had problems with Expedia. Finally they found my a room, in a very low end place...not god at all. No discount/compensation was made for the mixup! In fact when we left they tried to charge me again for the rooms I had already paid. This was just the beginning of several disappointing experiences with Fancy. I could go no, but won’t! I will look for another place to stay next trip to Phnom Penh!

夜遅くなるとシャッターかが閉められます。ガラス戸をノックして合図を送り開けて貰いますので注意して下さい。部屋の掃除はこちらから申告しないとしてくれません。24時間営業のコンビニは直ぐ近くに有ります。

Fancy guest house is not a luxury hotel but serves as a very well located place to sleep a couple of nights when transiting Phnom Penh Apparently a recent change of ownership has affected some service levels & led to some booking difficulties My standard room was fine, good aircon & 2 windows but furniture was dated Staff helpful but limited in English

Då vi kom fanns inte vår bokning varför vi fick annat hotell första natten. Ett riktigt katastrof boende. Trots att vi varit tydliga med att hotellet skulle hämta våra väskor nästa dag så de fanns när vi kontollerar Fancy fanns de inte där. Vidare erbjöds vi ett rum som inte motsv bokningen, med balkon. Efter att höjt rösten fanns ett rum med balkong. Då kylskåp fanns på rummet tänkte vi nyttja det. Men hotellet stängde helt enkelt strömmen när man lämnade nyckeln. Vi bad speciellt om hjälp att få ner väskorna, 4 vån, vid utcheckning men det funkade inte. Det fanns endast engelsktalande personal i receptionen i bland. Fanns ingen så blev innebörden att inget fungerande.

Great value for money. The room I stayed in had a street front balcony,not much to see but nice sit and relax.Around 3 blocks and 3 minutes walk to the riverfront, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay there again.

It Will Do

Ok accomodation. Staff were friendly although most of them do not speak English. We had the twin room on the ground floor, no windows, there were flies in the room and ants, our beds were solid and did not provide any comfort at all. We stayed in a different room when we were there a few weeks before that was better but not this time. Overall ok place for a few days.

Not fancy, but perfectly fine

This was a very simple, but completely clean and functional family-run guest house. The location is in easy walking distance to most points of interest in Phnom Penh. The WiFi was particularly solid — I was able to stream a tv show even.
