The room and hotel were average. The location was good. The hotel charges a $50 cash only deposit but, has no ATM on site. The hotel does not offer a laundry service. The staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant is over priced compared to local restaurants.

Very nice staff. Clean room, which had a great A/C, very important for me. The breakfast was good, maybe some more options of fruits could be great. Comfortable bed and the bathroom had several amenities. No noise, at least from my room but I don't think that there is. Not located on a busy street. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping center, cafés very close. Walk distance to the riverside and Royal Palace.

Overall, a great lil hotel nestled in the inner suburbs of the city - close to many tourist attractions by taxi.
A shame the rooftop bar wasn’t pumping - the nights we were there there seemed nobody came through. Nice small pool area - smaller than in the pictures, but still very good. Most staff were able to communicate in English which helped greatly. Breakfast was nice = some good options, enough to get you going for the day. A cute lil hotel worth its weight in gold.
Be ready to exercise upon arrival - a stairway to heaven awaits from the road to the reception area of the hotel - luggage can be taken up via ground floor elevator in the carpark area.

Great value for money. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were excellent. Area was safe and quiet. Nice pool area and gym was spacious but needed some maintenance and a/C. Many steps up to hotel front door could be an issue for some people. It's walkable to the markets and royal palace but only a cheap tuktuk ride otherwise. I highly recommend this hotel. I would have no hesitation to return here.

In general, the facilities are reasonable and room are clean. However, hotel not flexible for even extension of 0.5 hr on check out time and staff seem to constantly change her position. This is the only hotel that I ever encountered such strict restriction

The sky bar is beautiful and offers good value on food/drinks. It’s a good place to work and is open until 11pm. It is the same atmosphere you would expect at a high end restaurant.
The laundry service offered is very convenient.
The room is very nice with a very good air conditioning system.
The gym offers dumbbells up to 10kg which are quite light, but there are cable machines which still allow you to get in a good workout.
It is also very well connected to the city with tuk tuks available to get you to the key tourist attractions quickly.
Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Enormous bed. Luxury room. Pool is much smaller than pictures but you can have a decent swim.

The hotel is great and only a short ride away from any attractions. The area is great and I felt safe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if I came back. The breakfast is a bit basic but it’s cheap so that makes up for it!
