I booked a room then amended the dates and was charged for two rooms. The manager was not agreeable to give me a refund for the incorrect booking which has cost me $300 The hotel is otherwise well located and reasonable.

Reservei um quarto triplo com pequeno almoço e foi dado 2 quartos com ar condicionado a funcional mal (a temperatura exterior era de 39°) e o hotel não ser pequenos almoços como anunciado e pago. As casas de banho tinham pouca higiene (cabelos) e em mau estado.

Buchung wird nicht angenommen.

Das Hotel ist in einemsehr schlechten Zustand, es gibt KEIN Fruehstueck und der Pool ist auch ausser Betrieb. Da ich auf Beides wert gelegt habe, wollte ich mein Geld zurueck, aber HOTEL.COM ist gut im kassieren aber nicht im Erstatten.

Affreux sale pourri

Hotel miteux petit dejeuner affreux 2 plateaux de fruit avec plus de moucherons que de fruit, café il y en a quasiment jamais, tout est tres sale, la piscine tellement sale que jai pas osez me baigné ! Vraiment affreux jai pris des photos pour montrer l'hôtel réellement !

The first night at this hotel they gave me a horrible room full of bedbugs (I killed 10 of them), very dirty, the water bottles were already opened, no window, I asked to change the room and the second room was actually decent, pretty big and clean, so I advise to check the room first

Many more cheaper options in the area. a bunch of criminals work here. It has Bed bugs, rooms are small and the lady working during the day tried charging cash for the breakfast

Grosse Zimmer, sehr alte Betten und Einrichtungen. Bettlacken waren überall mit Flecken voll. Komischer Geschmack im Zimmer. Raum ist sehr feucht. Personal hilft wenn mann sie etwas fragt sind aber nicht besonders freundlich und die meisten können fast kein Englisch. Frühstück ist okei aber der Raum zum Essen nicht sehr Einladend. Zu diesem Preis würde ich dieses Hotel nicht nochmals Buchen.

Had a problem getting to Phnom Penh;- Emirates airlines would say 'an at of god' told Queen wood hotel i would be 1 or 2 days late. When i arrived for 3rd night booked and paid for; they insisted i had to pay again and had lost my original booking. This was for $25 which i paid cash
