“We visited the area to have surgery in Phoenix and our leased property was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and close to our doctor’s office.”

We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. ”

“Another great condo in fountain hills!!!! The condo was JUST as listed. Very well maintained and very clean!!! I think my favorite part were the little "extras" that the owners put in to make a very comfortable stay. For example, we had plenty towels,toilet paper and trash bags which was very much appreciated!!!! The area is spacious. The host got back to me immediately if i had any questions. Could not ask for a better stay! The location was perfect! This condo is in a very clean, quiet……

“The location is quiet and conveniently near many food options and a grocery store. The place has comfortable furniture and everything was clean. Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy”
