Great stay
Wonderful stay at this property. Great location. Close to old Town. Pool was nice to have to cool down. Groceries and coffee shop all in walking distance. And also on the free bus line.

Nice but some issues
The issues were there was no remote for the bedroom ceiling fan fixture so could not turn light on, additionally the door to the patio was extremely difficult to open and close, dirty silverware in drawers, no linens for couch bed and an open electrical outlet in living room (do not bring young children) and finally the leaf blower starting at 6:30 in the morning echoing all throughout the buildings. Also, I don’t feel that the host was very responsive when I messaged him.

Location, location, location!!!
Nice unit with all necessities, bed was comfy. Easy walk to Old Town (even for us oldsters!), great grocery/restaurants/bars right across the street. Pool area outstanding and most all folks, visitors & residents alike, were very friendly. 2nd time at this complex & will return.

The Good and the Bad
The Good - location, quiet, cleanliness The Bad - 1. internet instructions from owner were completely wrong - we called 2 times in 2 hours - no response - finally figured it out with help from a friend. 2. No heat - this was during a particularly cold spell in AZ - it took over 24 hours for the owner to respond and he sent his cleaner, who, of course, could do nothing - but it did take several hours of our time for her to be there puttering around - the owner offered to send someone to fix it but we declined because we did not want to waste more of our time sitting around - the cleaner got us 2 space heaters. 3. The living room fan/light were installed using speaker wire, a definite safety hazard - they kept coming on by themselves (freaky!) - the owner said he had never heard of this before but the cleaner was sent to deal with it and she said she had told him about the problem already - in the end, she disconnected the wires 4. The doorlock to the patio was broken and so had to use a stick for security - the patio while lovely to sit on, was not at all maintained and the furniture was literally falling apart. 5. No light in the bedroom as the remote was missing Great location - zero pride in ownership it seems

My wife and I stayed here for a quick New Years getaway and it was perfect. Very short walk to downtown where all the fun was happening. The place is cute and perfect for anyone wanting a quick getaway. I highly recommend!

Owner was very helpful with my impatience about not getting the exact address, etc. 1 week before leaving. The unit was clean and well stocked.
