Our kitchen has what you need to prepare your meals during your stay featuring a microwave, glass cooktop stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and the dining room table seating for 4. You can also enjoy the views of Camelback Mountain from the front patio just off the kitchen. The Living room has a sofa, chair, TV with roku & DVD player, decorative fireplace, plus a private back patio with outdoor seating just off the living room to enjoy your morning coffee! The upstairs features the master bedroom with private bathroom, guest bedroom and guest bathroom.



The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV with cable, private bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo. You will love the private balcony off the master bedroom where you can wind down in the evenings! The Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and the guest bathroom has a single sink and walk in shower. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. Come relax and enjoy the beautifully landscaped community, ramada, heated pool & spa. The gas grill is located at the pool and is available when reserved.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Lovely central area. Easy check in and out and great parking! This was a great place to stay! I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the condo has a strong scent of cleaners and maybe mildew? We loved staying here and would recommend!

Lovely Condo

The complex is beautiful with Palm trees and flowering bushes and a large swimming pool. The condo is a comfortable 2-story with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and leather reclining chair. There is a private outdoor dining area in both the front and the back. The location is perfect; a grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying there in the future.

We were sent specific arrival details to give us access to the unit, however, the staff locked the screen door so we had no access to the entry key pad. Took them over an hour to respond to our request for help. After we finally got in everything was fine.

Nice Rental

Spent almost 3 weeks in Scottsdale. This condo was perfectly located...several restaurants in walking distance, but the 115 degree heat encouraged me to drive. Same for not using the pool or grill...just too hot. The only downside was the AC was very loud. So loud that I had to adjust the volume of the TV whenever it turned on or off, but otherwise, a nice place.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Very quiet. Had some minor issues and the property manager responded immediately and corrected the problem we had. Great customer service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location for our needs. The unit is well furnished though the bath towels should be upgraded. The air conditioner is very loud in living room but we didn’t need it much as weather was prefect.

nice townhouse in Scottsdale

the general property of the complex is showing some age. the townhouse was in perfect condition, comfortable, well appointed. that this was a two story unit was relatively well hidden in the description and the pictures never revealed as well. the steps upstairs are faux granite and slippery especially if in stocking feet. instructions for everything from front door unlock to the downstairs 'TV" remote controls are poorly written and required multiple attempts to figure out how to get in the place. Definitely would consider staying again.

There's No Place Like (a Centrally Located) Home

Imagine flying 5 hours, crossing time zones and crossing fingers that you chose the right place to spend a few days. The other worries included "are we close enough to our nieces wedding venue?", "will we be able to see some of the things Arizona has to offer?". Yes to all of the above. Our anxieties were aleved as soon as we opened the door to the home. We could walk to the wedding, we could grab an UBER to a fine restaurant, we enjoyed the Desert Botanical Gardens and Music Museum, we even took a dip in the pool. All within reach of this lovely home. Truly, there's no place like home.

Convenient, clean and pleasant

Walking distance to nice markets and restaurants. Pleasant courtyard area with pool and hot tub for complex. Rooms are on small side but nice lay out. Kitchen well equipped and we had a number of meals in the condo.

Arizona spring break

This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little apprehensive, but everything was as advertised and I would definitely stay here again. This property was the perfect size for myself and my two teenage boys. It was incredibly clean and well located in the heart of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. The cost was much more economical than cramming three of us into a hotel room at a surrounding resort. We were able to spread out and have our own space. Unfortunately the 50 degree weather did not cooperate, however the pool was heated and was located just steps from the condo. We were 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium and tons of shopping and restaurants. We were 5 mins from Camelback Mountain. Really enjoyed our stay.
