Great stay with limitations
Everything was as described with a few flaws. Wi-fi was non existent, bedroom tv did not work well, dvd didnt work at all, living room had only basic channels, towel holder on glass kept falling off. Needs a power strip on nightstands for easy cpap machine or phone charger plug ins. Didn't get to swim, but looks really nice. Quiet, safe, new neighborhood. It was a nice stay once we got over the few challenges.

This is an awesome little casita, well appointed in a nice welcoming community. Communication with host was great. I am less than happy with the extra (hidden?) fees charged to my credit card individually following my rental charge. Just put it all in one invoice so I know what I am paying in total and I can make an informed decision.

Just right
We were looking for something close to Surprise stadium and a place to lay our head after spring training action. This worked just fine. Very quiet neighborhood. Check in process was quirky but not difficult, instructions said drip coffee maker (so we bought some at the store on the way in) but was Keurig with some cups provided. Small cooktop but very large fridge and freezer. A multi use toaster oven that did the trick in the morning. Bed was a queen? seemed small and had a dip in the middle but didn’t keep us from sleeping.

The casita was super nice and was very clean. The kitchen had everything imaginable if you want to cook. The location was perfect for spring training games at Surprise and Fry’s grocery was so close and convenient.

Surprise casita
After calling elite vacation rentals concerning a few minor issues our vacation was very relaxing. There should have been instructions on how to use the tv and the air fryer directions were posted on the wall in a location where they were pretty much unreadable due to poor lighting. -it would have been nice to have provided a couple of foot stools or better yet- a couple of recliners. Great location though- close to groceries as easy access to Hwy 60 and the 303.
