Wake up every morning to Scottsdale’s gorgeous natural light and enjoy a coffee on your private, terrace. A snapshot of features include: new flooring, chandeliers, sinks, appliances, furniture and cozy touches like curtains and a fireplace. We didn’t forget the necessities either, which includes walk in closets in the bedrooms, in unit laundry, a coffee bar and shower products. This condo is close to just about everything from grocery stores to popular lunch spots.

The codo has an excellent layout and is well located for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Mayo Clinic. The air conditioner failed, but the host responded quickly and worked with us to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice property
The condo was a very good size I loved the layout with a bathroom and bedroom on one side of the condo and in the totally opposite side was another bedroom and bathroom. No shared bedroom walls. It was nicely decorated! The owner was a pleasure to work with. I have allergies to feathers and down so he went and bought new bedding for me. He did this before we arrived. The parking is in front of the condo. I cannot comment on the pool because we didn't use it.

Excellent communication with Owner/Manager before and after Check-in. Very nicely decorated property and clean. Left a suggestion to get a new coffee pot and the owners were very receptive to any improvement opportunities or suggestions! Very well designed condo with a nice deck with a small electric grill. I would recommend staying here and will likely stay again when in Phoenix visiting friends!
