"My family has a wonderful time at the hotel - very nice. We were there for my daughter’s Masters degree graduation, and chose the hotel due to its proximity to ASU Law building. The only thing that I did not like was the soap in the guest rooms - it was kinda masculine smelling. Not unisex at all. "

"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."

"Rooms are really spacious, clean and quiet place, friendly staff specially lady from dining room, very helpful. Only thing didn't like was cable service on Room TVs, only able to tune 1 in every 5 or 7 channels"
