Adequate but work needed

The property was adequate but some work is needed. The landscaping including lights and plants are subpar. The pool was not heated as advertised and is not kept adequately cleaned/vacummed. The inside is showing wear-and-tear in places (badly scratched refrigerator, office desktop, and we had some electrical/drainage issues during our stay). Management company is responsive but can be unpleasant to deal with- with intrusive pre-checkin questions and the what feels like countless, highly subjective rules. Positives include strong wi-fi, towel service, kitchen and bath supplies and layout with multiple smart TVs.
