Great Stay!

Loved this location! So close to great hiking and biking trails! Enjoyed the pool and workout facilities at this complex! Also loved the comfy patio space and furniture at the condo.

Jodi was a pleasure to book with. Very quick responses if we had any issues (which was very few for the month we stayed.) The master bed is so comfortable, the couch and recliner are great quality as well as all the other furniture. WELL worth the price point.

Meets all expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jodi and Matt’s place. Communication was excellent and check-in super easy. The living space had high end furnishings which were very comfortable! We had stayed at the Signature complex on several previous occasions as we loved the proximity to shopping, hiking and restaurants. We will definitely return in the future.

Very Nice

Excellent location for hiking, golf and shopping. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Good gym that is lightly used. This condo was perfect for our one week stay. The unit faces a busy street, though we did not notice noise in the main bedroom and no noise from above.very fairly priced.

This was a wonderful stay with all the amenities. The only thing I wish it has was a full size mirror. The host was great, very responsive, accessible, and accommodating. The unit is centrally located to everything. I will definitely stay here again for my future training sessions here.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at this condo and would definitely stay here again. Communication was very easy and the check-in process very efficient. The condo is beautiful and very lovingly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and allows for preparing quick meals. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool.

We stayed at this property in conjunction with our son’s surgery and recovery at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. The property is located conveniently to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The Mayo Clinic campus is approximately 15 minutes away and a very easy drive. Jodi and Matt are conscientious hosts who are very easy to work with. The condo is well appointed, and the complex is quiet.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful Condo. Nicely furnished. Like new Only comment is that if your using the patio, it can be a bit loud at rush hour. Otherwise no problems. Property manager was excellent and easy to contact.
