Room was clean but needed some maintenance. Tile coming up in bathroom, rusty hinges but overall ok. It’s not in a great area and I’m not sure if the bars on site were open.

This place was great! Sure there are little things that could use a little touch up but so what (don’t act like you don’t have things you could fix around your house too!) but the people and the vibe make up for a small
flaw here or there. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. They genuinely acted like they like their jobs- which is so rare anymore. The motel is a vibe- but I am here for it!!!!
I love the mid-century modern feel. I loved everything from the parking signs to the mural on our room wall. The bed was so comfortable and we really appreciate the disclosure you sign before you arrive about the possibility of noise. We didn’t stay on the weekend but we did get to partake in a little market that was happening on the property when we arrived. All in all, this place is great! I am so happy I found it.

We had such a great time here! Very cute vibe. Loved the full size fridge in the room. Only complaints I had were the floors were pretty dirty so had to change socks often, tv didn’t work very well, and I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. But we would definitely go back!

An old motel that was renovated with a cool rock n’ roll theme. I really enjoyed my stay and the vibe, but there were a few things that could have been better. Parking was $15 a night, which I did not know when booking the stay. Still $15 isn’t bad.
The ac was pretty finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and it was difficult to get comfortable.
There is a bar in the middle of the property, which is partially why I was attracted to it. But it was closed our whole stay except during a short event. They still had a few beers and canned cocktails at the restaurant so I was content.
The rooms have a large fridge, a small cooler and a pitcher that the front desk will fill with filtered water.
My sister and I got the rooms with the bunk beds, which ended up not being the most comfortable. I wish there was an option for two regular beds.
If you prioritize comfort this probably isn’t the place for you. But the vibe, cost, cute little pool and cool people made the stay worthwhile for us.

My room was neat and decorated nicely. Everything was clean and orderly. Restaurant had a nice atmosphere and good food. Outside social area was very cool. Check-in and out was easy. Location was central to things I needed. 4-star reason: I was not aware of the type of event being held on Saturday (which I could have participated in) which turned out to be club-like day party. There was no filter between rooms and the event.

Found Bed bug first night there. Got accused of bringing them to hotel and a free room when we're leaving hotel by housekeeping staff. Couldn't get ahold of general manger to arrange refund at time of incident. Have spoken with Arely since incident was working on refund after two days, no offer to help pay for difference or inconvenience to leave hotel after incident. Or cleaning of my clothing due to incident. This also was in reports that they had them May of last year hotel is saying unfounded.

Was there for an event on New Years Eve. Didn't think they would need a bartender so they had one very over worked person making drink for everyone. Killed most of the whole night as everyone just spent all night just trying to get a drink.

Courteous staff but in advance over text forgot mention $25 fee for early check in. Kindly they waived it. Shower floor wasn't clean. Garbage was still in bin on arrival. I was told cleaning after three days but nothing during my four night stay. Was I supposed to request even after I was told cleaning after 3 days?
The restaurant attached was really good. No decaf at cafe. No coffee in rooms. Carpet was raised at one edgr and a trip hazard. I needed to put a chair over it. Bring earphones for thin walls. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Homeless and police close by one evening. Loud drugged or drunk lady one night at 3am yelling something. Single ladies be aware. Price for closeness to downtown was decent. 1 mile walk to convention center worked well.

This was an experience but I didn’t appreciate I paid for parking and I was told to park on the street. I’d suggested the owner review this policy and prioritize guest access. Parking should be for guests only. It was a really retro place but no coffee machine in rooms nor could you smoke on premises since it’s a hotspot for local party goers. It was nice but not a place I’d stay again.
