The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos. The complex was quiet and safe. We had the pool to ourselves most days. The balcony overlooked the desert and mountains which was beautiful. We even had a few coyotes visit the grounds right in front of the balcony. We definitely would stay here again. Many good restaurants are all within 5 minutes.

Perfect area and beautiful condo

This condo was everything we needed and more. Its location is so perfect. You have a few of the desert from your balcony. And the pool is so nice and warm and amazing.

Wonderful place in Fountain Hills

The place and our stay was great. It’s in a great location and beautiful desert view out back porch. Only issue was the shower didn’t drain water very well. You stand in water while taking shower due to drainage issue. We also never figured out the keys. None of them seemed to work on the door. You could insert the key, but could not turn left or right so we iust used our code during our stay.
