Shower head was crappy, rusted pipe under sink, missing tile calk in shower, no refrigerator in room, tight squeeze walking into room with closet next to door. It was quiet and a good place to walk your dog on College St.

Great staff but the property itself is worn and tired. This Graduate property needs some fresh new paint, up keep and some minor repairs. I have been to other Graduate properties that are in really nice condition. This one is not but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed. Plus, the coffee from the bar in the morning was a perfect way to start the day!

Went for a play at ASU Gammage. Was so convenient being able to just walk there and staff is the nicest we've come across in a long time anywhere. Our fur babies were welcomed with treats and theres a nice little grassy area to walk them.
