We went and start checking in however, the place was really smelly, carpet on nthe hallway being wet and old and smelly, I would recommend to remove the carpet and replace it. It really stick and we decided not to spend the night and cancel our booking.l the receptionist was very kind to give us full refund.

Not as nice as other Moxy's I've stayed at. They say they’re currently undergoing renovations. Elevator not working but no signs saying out of order. AC in room very loud. Looks like A budget motel that got converted into a trendy Moxy's hotel. Location was convenient. Only stayed 1 night. Needed a decent place to rest for 1 day.

The hotel and rooms were nothing like the photos online. There was a terrible smell throughout the entire building(marijuana/sewage) It was so disgusting, it looked like they haven’t vacuumed in months! When I went to check in they said my room I booked was sold out. The staff member was incredibly rude when I went back to cancel my stay. I wouldn’t stay at this place if it were the last place on earth.

The hotel was disgustingly from the hallways to the elevator and then the first room I checked into had pee all over the toilet seat among other filth. Then they moved me and the second room had makeup shavings in the sink and my feet stuck to the floor. I didn’t stick around long enough to see other filth. The staff of duty was extremely kind and helpful but I left and went to another hotel. Sad because Moxy’s typically have a good reputation.

We've stayed before and it was a nice place to stay but this time it was gross. The hotel smelled disgusting all the through the halls on each floor. The walls were beat up in the halls and floors were dirty. The room was clean but outside the room it was disappointing. You would never guess it was a Marriott property

Central Tempe location, perfect for ASU stuff. Hotel pontential there to be a great stay but still remodeling as of July 2026. We experienced faulty electrical issues throughout our stay; room outlet not working, door keypad dead, and light fixture glitchy. Overall safe, clean, and functional. Meh
