Welcome to your perfect desert retreat! Nestled in a highly sought-after community in North Scottsdale, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse offers a blend of comfort, style, and convenience. With its unbeatable location, this home is ideal for both comfort of staying in and relaxing, enjoying countless restaurants/shops in the area or enjoying the desert trails right at the edge of the community.

• Two Private Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are located on the upper level, each boasting an ensuite bathroom for privacy. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet and bathroom with both a large bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Terrific Property in a Perfect Location!

We loved our 7 week stay at Kyle and Katie's place. The condo was beautifully outfitted, clean and in the heart of North Scottsdale. It was unfortunate that the hot tub heater failed mid way along our stay, but this is not the fault of the owners! Kyle was communicative, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back to Scottsdale!
