disappointed

our stay with the fsmily to celebrate my moms life was great. The back yard awesome!! 2 major problems 1. there was urine on top of the bath tub smelled but after cleaning 3times with clorox it was better Then my error I forgot our hanging garment bag in the closet called right away but to far to come back so said would pay to have sent to us alot of my favorite dresses, husbands shoes ect well cleaning crew said not there ToTAL LIE!! I hope they needed my clothes more than me !! I even washed all the towels up and left everything so clean for them! A huge disappointment!!
