Highly desired Tempe Location! This home is move in ready & was fully remodeled in 2020. Over $50k in updates. Completely remodeled home in highly desirable Tempe Location. Home was completely renovated in 2020 and ready for the vacation season. Tastefully furnished with comfort and style in mind. Fully stocked kitchen with all that you need to eat in. Large comfortable living area with big screen TV. Master bedroom features king sized Tuft and Needle mattress for a great nights sleep. Backyard area features firepit and outdoor dining table. Close to shopping, dining , and Arizona State

The space
Cozy two bedroom in the heart of Tempe. New floors, kitchen countertops, and new paint throughout. Comfortable and Stylish furnishings. Spacious living area and dining room seating for 4. Each bedroom has it's own TV and Master bedroom features top of the line Tuft and Needle Mattress. Fully stocked kitchen for the traveler wanting to eat in. Coffee provided for guests for convenience. Backyard area has outdoor table seating and firepit.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and no spaces are shared.

Other things to note
Quiet Tempe neighborhood. Absolutely no loud parties or disrupting neighbors will be tolerated.

No smoking in Home. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Needs deep cleaning
Rugs and carpets need to be cleaned. Overall, House was “dusty”.. Daily Internet problems. Went out a lot. Especially at 9 - @:30 am. We called the property manager, who had to call his Assistant so we could locate the modem, which we had to reset often. Great Laundry, stove and fridge. There was confusion about checkout. The instruction booklet in the house said 11 am, but manager sent me a message the day before that it was 10. All in all, we don’t think they paid much attention to detail.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood.
While vacuuming the master bedroom, we noticed Some wrappers, sock and dry cereal. My husband cleaned what he can reach. Other than that the place was very comfortable and homey.

We loved the area, close to Tempe. Perfect for 3. We had an issue with the heater when we got there it was responded to and fixed within a hr. Happy with the quick response. Neighbors were friendly too and super quiet neighborhood. Makes you feel at ease. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
