Safe gated community. Private room with adjacent private bathroom. Less than 15 minutes drive to/ from the airport, 20 minutes to Phoenix and Tempe downtown, 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale, 5 minutes away from South Mountain Community college and hiking trails, 10 minute walk to the shopping plaza. Please note this is not an "entire place" accommodation, but a room in the house. The common areas are shared with the host and a cat.

Ideally located for my situation (nearby medical treatments) and close to major stores as I needed to live here for a while. The host was friendly and welcomed me into her home for an extended stay of several months. We got along great. Her cat even took a liking to me. The property was very nice, and the gated neighborhood felt safe. It had a great location near Phoenix without having to deal with a lot of traffic or excessive noise. The property owner communicated very well and responded to text quickly. The owner was also very nice, offering us coffee in the morning as well as being readily available to answer any questions we had about the area. The property was a great price for what we got, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix.
