Ladies trip 2024
The communication with Art and Sandy was phenomenal. Very responsive to questions even adding an additional day to our stay almost last minute. When we arrived Art was there to show us around and give us the information we needed. Plenty of information about local things to do on the tables. Plus, we found things on our own. Every room had everything we needed for our stay and more. Comments from our group included: “Accommodations meet all our needs and more. Location was good.” “ The bed was super amazing and I NEED one of those mattresses and pillows!” “ It was a nice slice of heaven, with everything needed to relax and forget about outside life.”

Family Vacation and Anniversary Celebration
This was one of the best VRBO stays we have had. The hosts, Art and Sandy, were great. On our arrival at the house they had several complimentary gift basket items for us which included breakfast items, snacks, cheese and crackers, sparkling wine and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. The house was great. Very clean, and I am super picky, and we loved the back yard. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. This house is well stocked with everything you would need plus a lot of extras. The beds were very comfortable and I love that they had plenty of towels to use. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We were six adults staying and there was plenty of room and activities at the house for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Art and Sandy for being such great hosts.

Fantastic Stay
This resort home is voted best ever by entire family!!! 10 stars plus. Absolutely loved salt water pool and spa. Pictures describe the home, will return. The owners left all of us gift bags…exceeded our expectations. I was nervous young grandsons would spill on pool table. The next day a pool cover was delivered. A million thanks to Art & Sandy.

Spring Training: 2 families and the in-laws
Our family travels 12 weeks on average a year and this house had everything we could want, and some. The pool and hot tub were perfect, the amenities and furnishing exceeded expectation. The bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood & adjacency to the trail system were ideal. We had several grab and go restaurants nearby and supermarkets. We went to three different stadiums for spring training games, I FLY (indoor skydiving), Mexican food out 1 night, Medieval Times dinner theatre, Popstrokes (tiger woods put put), and shopping at Macy's and Dillards. Regardless of the areas surrounding Phoenix, to get places due to the vastness of the metropolitan, you may need to drive 45-60 minutes, 15-20 minutes, or a solid 30-45 minutes. If you want to chill in the sun and do nothing, this house is for you. If you want to go go go, it's a great place to come back to after the RUSH of an outing. We played Yahtzee, foos ball, a few hands of cards, lots of talking, streamed a basketball game, and played several hours of the arcade game. The hosts provided an incredible arrangement of breakfast items, snacks, and surprises for our kiddos. What a treat!!! The master room with two twin beds was amazing. We love to have our kids near us in an unfamiliar place and the master was ginormous. The kiddos had a ton of space and so did we! My MIL and FIL shared the central room, SIL's family used the other 3 rooms. The week was Perfect. Thank you

Great Family House
We loved this house!!! We stayed with 5 adults and 6 kids age 8mo-7 years and everyone had the best time and plenty of room to spread out. This house is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids swam for hours each day even when the air temp was in the 50’s. We also were lucky enough to have it be orange season and had the kids pick fresh oranges daily for our breakfast from the yard’s tree; definitely a novelty for Michigan kids. We took advantage of the location too; hiking the trials just a 5 minute walk from the house as well as found a great public playground less then 10 minutes away. The hosts are awesome too, the wife Sandy made personalized age-specific gifts for all the kids so it literally sounded like Christmas morning as the kids all found their beds with their gift bags to open. She was also so sweet setting out toys in the living room, pack and plays, and even taped a play-mat down for the 8mo to use to crawl around on. The house was ready for us to have fun the minute we stepped in. We all left feeling like we had a great time, and would stay again just for longer next time. Thank you again Art and Sandy your heart is definitely felt in your hosting!

Fantastic relaxing time!
Can’t say enough about this property and owners, Art and Sandy! Art was welcoming and took the time to come over and show us all the features of the home. Sandy made sure that no detail was overlooked. Upon arrival, we had cold water (still and sparkling) in the fridge, snacks for the afternoon and even coffee and breakfast for the morning. Every room had a fluffy set of towels and a hospitality toiletry kit for each person. Very comfy beds too. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, and more. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was perfect for our January visit. The house is walking distance to hiking trails, close to shopping and restaurants. My two teenage boys and their friends (who are local) were all impressed as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in the Desert
This was our second year in a row staying in this amazing house. We had 7 guys for our annual golf trip and there is plenty of room for everyone. Art is an amazing host and left us a treasure trove of food and snacks. The location is great and the house has so many amenities. The house is super clean and in immaculate shape. Can I give this more than 5 stars?
There were 10 of us celebrating several 50th birthdays. The house was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. Outside we had our own private oasis. The pool area felt like a spa. Our hosts Art and Sandy, their hospitality was unparalleled. They took the time to show us how to use everything when we checked in and were available to answer questions anytime after. We have been going away together for 20+ years and this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. I cant recommend this property more!! You will be delighted!!

Wonderful home!
Three couples have met in the Phoenix area and stayed at 7-8 different VRBO houses over the last dozen years. The overall experience at Art and Sandy's place was outstanding, maybe the best we've had. The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped with everything we needed and then some! The backyard had so much to offer - great pool and spa (that was easy to operate - not always the case in our past experience), lots of comfortable lounge chairs and pool floats (that were inflated!), different seating areas to spread out in, fun putting green, TV, grill, etc. Maybe the best feature, as others have mentioned, was all the special treats they provided upon move-in - lots of snacks, drinks, breakfast food, which we have never had before. It was so nice that we didn't have to go grocery shopping immediately the day we arrived. The instructions they left about how to get to the house and how everything worked in the house were the clearest and most complete we've seen - it made everything very easy. And they were very accessible (by phone and in person) for any questions we had. We had a great stay and will certainly plan on coming back. Thanks, Art and Sandy.

Awesome Stay
We stayed here with 11 adults and 1 baby. The house had everything we ever needed. We didn't ever feel crowded and the hosts were really awesome. They made sure we felt at home and were comfortable. They even gave us welcome gifts and had everything we needed for the baby as well. We loved playing volleyball in the pool and when it was quiet time, we enjoyed playing pool, foosball and Pac-Man. I would definitely stay here again!!

This house is amazing!! Art and Sandy make the stay outstanding. The fridge was stocked with drinks and a few groceries. We didn’t have to run to the store right away. The pool is wonderful! There is shopping close by, top golf, tons of restaurants. Very good location and a quiet neighborhood. This is our go to place for a long weekend in Glendale.

Great family destination!
This house was perfect for our family week together. My husband and myself along with our three adult sons, their wives and our two infant grandchildren all had a wonderful relaxing time together. Owners Sandy and Art have really equipped this spacious house with everything you need, from the kitchen, to the outdoor space, bedrooms and games, they even provided items for the babies that they knew would make our stay more comfortable. Was a pleasure to arrive and the actual property was even nicer than the VRBO pictures.
My family totaled 11 and we were all ages from 1 1/2 to 73 and Art & Sandy made sure the home was prepared for each one of us. Siblings stay In Arizona
From Mike, booked rental: Art and Sandy are definitely the Premier Hostess with the mostest! I chose the property based on the ratings and the review and it did not disappoint. My siblings and I came down to visit family and had a fantastic stay. All the amenities are awesome and in great working condition. On day one, Art came by and gave us a tour and explained how all the various items in his property work (spa, fireplaces, fire pit, sound system…….). We made a mistake, Do yourself a favor and stop at the property before you shop. The gift baskets we received were full with a variety of items for breakfast, lunch, snacks and the refrigerator was full as well. This house is in a beautiful location/ subdivision in Glendale, perfect for hiking the Thunderbird Conservation Park. This was a good challenge for non-seasoned hikers but a beautiful perk. Thanks for the excellent stay and a wonderful time. FYI, if the Chicago Bears were in the Superbowl we would consider staying here. My MIL wants to come back and I know we will. Joanne, sibling: Just a thanks to our wonderful hosts. The house that we stayed in was absolutely wonderful. The amenities' were above and beyond. All the baskets that you supplied were great. There wasn't one thing there that was not at our convenience. We all felt so comfortable there and had a great time with family. We also liked the fact that you came by to show us things and just to meet you. We would highly recommend your place to our friends. Again thank you so much.

Top Notch
I have stayed at a quite a few rentals and this by far was the best one. They thought of everything. The kitchen was so well stocked. Art was so accommodating and responded to my inquiries within in minutes and even called to see if there was anything we needed. Care packages for each guest, beverages in the refrigerator and a huge gift basket. Had it decorated for Christmas. It was spotless! I just can’t say enough.

Great Family Gathering House!
The house worked perfectly for our large family to meet for my mom's 60th birthday! Art and Sandy were excellent hosts and provided extras for all of us. The house was set up perfectly so each family had their own room. The pool and spa worked great. A+ and thank you for everything!

Best Experience on VRBO!
Fantasitic home. The owners provide exceptional amenities and think of everything to make your stay tremendously enjoyable. From start to finish, this was a great experience. Highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. In addition to the amenities in the home, there are hiking trails within walking distance, We had 7 family members in the home and other guests over for dinner - generous tables/seating to accommodate a large family gathering. Thank you for making our visit to Phoenix a wonderful experience!

Over The Top Property
My buddies and I stayed at this amazing house during our annual golf trip. I cannot recommend this property more. Art and Sandy are the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure dealing with. They had 2 huge gift baskets (one with breakfast items and one with all kinds of snacks) waiting for us when we got there. Not only that but there was a welcome kit for each of us, which included toothpaste and brush and other toiletries. So thoughtful! The house wowed all of us, especially the backyard. The pool, hot tub, firepit, and covered patio were all fantastic. We also spent a lot of time on the putting green! The house is super clean and has so much room for everyone. We will definitely come back to this gem! Thanks again Art and Sandy!

Absolutely spectacular
Simply put, just an all around amazing property and an absolutely outstanding host. (Coming from someone who travels quite often) From the pre-check in process, to the first day, and through the stay, the host The hosts were truly amazing, going above and beyond in so many ways. It’s so nice to have a host that truly cares so much about providing a positive experience. The home was so meticulous and well sanitized when we walked in. It was hard to let my 3 kids inside as I knew the picture perfect clean house was not going to last. We could tell they spend an immense amount of time preparing this house to make it perfect before we arrived. The air was noticeably clean and “pure” which we later found out they have a UV light air filtration system throughout the house. They have everything you could possibly need at the house from cookware to hiking sticks to camping chairs etc. The house itself is absolutely stunning and pictures do not do it justice. There is so much to do at the house for all ages we literally did not need to leave for the week that we were there. My family had such an amazing time and this experience created so many great memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back!

5 star resort VRBO
Where to begin... we were a group of 8 adults enjoying a weekend away... and enjoy we did! The house was immaculate, communication with Art and Sandy was timely and informative, and the gift baskets were over the top! The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates cookware etc as well as spices, coffee, and other supplies that cost so much to buy for such a short time away. it was all greatly appreciated! We have rented many VRBO homes in the past and this by far out weighs our previous experiences! The house was also great location for a day trip to Sedona and to Scottsdale area. Would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again if we are in the area.

Perfect house for large families
We would highly recommend this house for families. The host provided snack baskets, drinks and personalized gifts when we arrived! It was roomy for family to spread out, yet lots of fun areas for us all to gather. The house was also very clean! We plan to visit again!
