It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. Full kitchen is modestly equipped but functional. In room laundry was a nice surprise as we were able to travel home with clean clothes! There is no regular housekeeping, so you make your own bed. Roku TV allowed us to watch our stuff. Front desk was lightly staffed but helpful.

I had a great stay here! The price was unbeatable, especially considering you get a full one-bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen. It felt much more like a home than a standard hotel room and location was fantastic.
I have two minor complaints: First, the cleanliness could be improved. There were some spots on the couch and the rugs felt a bit dirty—not a dealbreaker, but not quite the "crisp" clean you expect from a hotel. Second, there isn't a TV in the bedroom, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, though, the value for the money is excellent and I’d stay again.

We loved our stay! Having a kitchen was great for breakfast and the washer and dryer were also a plus. The 8th floor has a nice, big gym as well as games and a gorgeous outdoor area. Very convenient to the convention center and arena. Short walk to Chase Field. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay. The residents were kind and fun to chill with. Overall, the place was great and I will definitely stay here again.
I have very few suggestions:
1) They do not have a bellhops but have luggage carts to use on your own. You will need to return the carts you use but most people don't. Having a part-time bellhopper would be beneficial.
2) Towels for the pool should be easily accessible around the pool area.
3) They need a market or food around the pool. It will enhance the vibe. The surrounding areas have a lot of unhoused people and it can be kind of scary at night even though there are various food options around.
4) Housekeeping should not be an extra charge when you are staying for 3 plus days.

10/10!! My friends and I will definitely be coming back! The room was clean and had all the essentials ex: Ironing board, iron, fully equipped kitchen, washer+dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, WiFi and more! The staff was very helpful and kind. The amenities were our favorite!!! So much to do! The parking garage was also very easy to navigate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

First of all you have to pay to park $25 a day in their parking garage. The elevators took forever. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper, and there were still used pool towels hanging up from the previous person. Theres no tv in the bedroom, and even the one in the living room was so cheap that it was unusable. No streaming service options. The shower head was terrible, barely a trickle of water. The amenities were amazing. The pool, great. The gym, the best ive seen. Overall i wouldnt stay here again because the room was just subpar.

This is a property full of amenities. There is plenty to do onsite if you didn’t want to venture out. You have a gym- pool table and a rooftop pool.

Pros:
*Rooftop terrace and pool
*Walkable to lots of fun and affordable restaurants.
*Rooftop pool
*Modern style
*Onsite parking
Cons: (opportunity for 5 starts)
*Rugs are DIRTY. They trap dirt, shed fibers, and prevent closets from opening. REPLACE THEM!
*No sofa bed. Most of the other VRBO and hotels we stay at have a sofa bed. This complex didn't have rollaway cots either.
*Yoga room with a view, but no mats for use. Bring your own?
