Remodeled with Smart TV's in all bedrooms & living area. The sparkling heated pool, BBQ and outdoor dining provide plenty of entertainment options. Located by a parks, shopping, sports and entertainment, this residence offers comfort & convenience to provide a home-away-from-home stay.

We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. The swimming pool is heated and set to 85°F from November to April at no extra cost to guests. Please note that when outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the water may not reach or maintain that temperature.

Guests also enjoy free parking on the premises, and pets are welcome to stay at no additional charge.

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
