Do not stay here if you want a clean or safe location. I checked out not even 30 mins after arriving because I did not want to subject my family in staying here nor did I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here for 2 nights without getting my room or car broken into.
The check in receptionist was nice and friendly despite being very busy, that was the only positive experience. Everything else went down hill fast.
Property: Dog crap through out the complex. One elevator did not work which sucked, but not the end of the world. Security gates left open & few non guest hanging around the property. One of these random people was even sn0rting nose candy on the stairwell out in the open while my family walked by. The pool looked like it would be great but the hot tub I wouldn’t dare touching.
Room: I got a “non smoking” room but it smelled like stale cigarettes. An opened bottle of gin in our room plus gum wrappers in the garbage can in the bathroom, perhaps someone wanted to cover up the smell of alcohol while on the clock? LOT of random stains throughout the walls and carpet. There were air fresheners placed inside the air vents. Ash tray & used cigs/vape in the patio.
Parking lot: a car had smashed windows from a very large rock that was thrown from hotel patio & one car got their gas siphoned.
Went to the receptionist to check out & they didn’t seem very surprised by all that I told them. Cherry on top was the “street worker” walking into the parking lot as we left
