Perfect location and a lovely accommodation for a few days to explore Phoenix!

We stayed for 6 nights for the World Baseball Classic. It was super easy access to downtown and Chase Field. A million times better than a hotel room.

The property was nice and clean. It was a little bit noisey though from outside road noise

Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us.
