Very good location great access to the pool which was heated

Very good location and layout. Needs more strength than the Wi-Fi. Very enjoyable visit.

Good Location

Unit is in a good location near old-town Scottsdale businesses and galleries, has good light, and an in-unit laundry. Small condo complex, well-kept lawn and pool, several friendly neighbors. Lacked cookware and coffee maker, which host provided quickly. Enjoyed our eight-week stay, but did have two concerns: The wi-fi was unreliable and did not improve with calls to the host. The unit and appliances were not clean and unit needs a deep clean for the walls, area rug, curtains, vents, tile, and windows.

Dirty needing repairs

The glass shower doors were filthy and one panel was missing a roller and would not slide, the bathroom sink had so much hair in the drain that the water took forever to drain. I had to replace the wheel on the shower and clean out the drain with a coat hanger. The dresser was missing handles and only 2 out of 8 would open.

All things considered......

Sooooo, this was supposed to be a baseball Spring Break trip which was subsequently canceled. My ticket partner canceled so I was pretty much on my own and did end-up leaving a day early. The place is nice and was comfortable. It should be noted that one entrance is an Arcadia sliding glass door to the courtyard area. These are historically less secure than doors with bolts though I did not experience any concerns.

Great Stay, Great location

We loved this quiet complex and the location is unbeatable. Close to Main Street, nightlife and walking distance to ball park.

great place

To Katie and Sam We loved the place and enjoyed our 5 weeks stay very much. This vacation home does live up to its VRBO add. It is clean, well stacked and quiet. The location is great and within walking distance of the old Scottsdale town with all the restaurants and entertainments. Katie and Sam are great hosts and did act fast and help when issues came up with the unit. They both really made us feel at home. Thank you Rick and Margareta

It was such a beautiful home and quiet! I enjoyed it all!

It has so many amenities close by it! The pool was a plus as well as the scooters located in the neighborhood! The host were very nice and always in available when needed. Would recommend friends stay here

Beautiful Scottsdale house right in Old Town!!

This place is in a great location: walkable and bikable to shops, cafes, restaurants and the Arizona canal. As well house is very close to trolley route. We loved how quiet this place was: on a quiet street and quiet neighbors. We also appreciated all the amenities left out for us like fruit, bottled water, snacks and toiletries. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. As well there was heated pool. Thanks & we will come back here again in our next visit!
