Everything at the property is beautiful, clean, efficient staffs. When you book make sure the communication of pick up and drop off at the airport is clear. I assumed it automatically, no need to confirm because it is included in the booking.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We requested another room because we were experiencing noise nuisance from the pool maintenance. Got another room and also a refund for the price difference of the rooms.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, and I was very satisfied with my stay. All the breakfast dishes were delicious. Our room was conveniently located close to the front desk, which made things very easy for us. The room was also kept very clean, and it was thoroughly cleaned every day. Even when we returned from going out, our room was always clean and tidy. The weather was not very good during our stay, which was a little disappointing at times, but we were very happy with the hotel itself. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable.

M Village offers a charming tropical village atmosphere with modern, spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and a pool at each location, creating a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The 2 properties are only a few minutes walk. Staff are amazing, friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Solved my problem immediately. Breakfast is good with a variety of local and Western fresh and healthy options. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants, yet still feels secluded. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing tropical getaway. Tip: there is a shop 5 minwalk south past the coffee shop that has everything you need if you forget anything (swimsuits, shoes, food, toiletries, etc)

Good location. Good vibes. Uneven floor for the whole villa. I needed to walk very carefully at night. Room is clean but I found the staff had not changed the bed sheet during my 3nights stay. Btw, I would not come back for next travel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and well-designed. The pool area is lovely and the restaurant had great choice and good food. The staff were very polite and helpful when needed, but not as warm or talkative as we have experienced at other places. They could be a little more proactive.

Our garden deluxe room was very spacious, open space with high ceiling. Pool was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was ok, but if you came towards the end of service, you k8ght end up with very little options left. We did that on our last morning but we could ask for more things to be toppwd up, just had to wait a bit. Clean and roomy room was great 👌
