"L'hotel est bien sans plus! Très petit hôtel de plusieurs petits bungalows de chaque côté d'un sentier menant à la plage. Arrivée au bout du sentier, le restaurant au bord du golf de Thaïlande est exceptionnellement bien situé. Les déjeuner inclus sont bien, mais on a droit qu'à une portion et un petit breuvage ou café. "생각보다 숙소가 깔끔하고 깨끗하네요. 조식은 주문식인데 맛있습니다. 좀 아쉬운 부분은 수영장 물 관리가 좀 부족하고 샤워기 수압이 아주 약해서 씻기 불편했습니다. 위치는 번화가 큰길에 위치하고 있어 편리합니다. 메가킹마트가 가까이 있으며 야시장까지 택시비 4만동 나옵니다. 여기 호텔앞 노점 과일상에서 망고 1kg에 2만5천동 저렴하게 팝니다. 싸고 맛있어서 매일 사먹었네요."

"The staff are very kind and always willing to help. Even though they don’t speak the language, they really try their best to assist guests, which is truly appreciated and was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the bungalow experience was very disappointing. The bed had a bad smell, there were insects, spider webs on the ceiling, and the bathroom smelled awful, which made the stay very uncomfortable. "Overall, our experience at the hotel was mixed. On the positive side, we managed to check in an hour early, the staff were polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool and beach. Breakfast was quite good as well. On the downside, we had an issue at the hotel’s restaurant called “Kitchen.” We ordered a salad that came with only three prawn crackers while there were two of us dining, so it wasn’t enough. When we asked for just a couple more crackers—something that costs basically nothing—they refused and said it wasn’t allowed unless we placed another order for a salad. As my partner’s job is a food and beverage manager we know the cost is negligible, and expected more flexibility, especially from a five-star hotel. Later, they even offered to send the crackers up to our room, which didn’t make sense because we needed them with our meal at the time, not later.In summary, the hotel is nice and the staff are respectful. At breakfast the manager did apologize for the break down with communication."

"In my view this is the best resort option on Phu Quoc for all those who prefer real nature. Enjoy falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves and love a resort nestled into the natural surroundings. The great breakfast buffet , lovely pool and super competent and friendly staff added to our overall great experience. Highly recommend this resort"

"We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand. The hotel is Grand in a true sense. Casino is in the hotel, it is right on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool. Good option for vegetarian during morning breakfast. Close to Vinwonders Safari Grand world. A bit for from the airport but hotel provides free shuttle which we didnt know. But we were provided free shuttle for the drop off. Very Friendly staff. A perfect family holiday hotel!!"

"Staff are like family. They get to know you and your family. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was beautiful. The beach was private and was able to take so many photos around the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve eaten at. They will customize meals to your preference."
