「We had a wonderful stay at Cala del Porto Hotel. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. From the front desk to the breakfast team and housekeeping, everyone was accommodating and kind, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free.」

「Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Dislikes - views of property show it much more beautiful than it is. The worst part, our kids couldn’t use the pool without a swim cap that had to be rented for 3 euros and pool towels being charged 5 euros. They need to make that clear in the communication. What’s the point of staying at a property where you have to pay to utilize the shown amenities?」

「Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner...

「Struttura moderna e ben rifinita in una zona di snodo nella Sila Piccola. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole. L’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Se i vicini sono rumorosi si rischia di non riposare. La colazione è ottima e ricca di prodotti del territorio. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti per la bontà della pizza.」
