"Our stay at the Primo Ostuni Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Christian met us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Parking is easy to manage-on the street with the white lines depending on the time of the day, or a lot that is free 300m away or a paid lot on the backside of the hotel. All very good options."

The panoramic views of Ostuni and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Every meal was a delight, from the incredible breakfast to the outstanding dining experiences. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the service exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in Puglia, VISTA Ostuni is simply outstanding. We can't wait to return!"

"Our stay at Art Stone House was wonderful. Silvio was an exceptional host from beginning to end. He checked in with us before our arrival, was always available to answer questions, and his lively personality and genuine warmth made us feel welcome. My husband and I communicated using bits of Italian, Spanish, French, and English—and when all else failed, Google Translate saved the day! It became one of the funniest parts of our trip. After our train from Milan arrived at 23:00, Silvio personally picked us up at the station. Retired after more than 20 years with the Italian railways, he kept us updated throughout our journey, giving us great peace of mind. His warm welcome made arriving in an unfamiliar city at night completely stress-free. On our departure, one sunny afternoon, he kindly drove us back to the station for our train to Milan and flight home to New York. The apartment was charming, comfortable, and full of character. We loved the rooftop terrace, excellent Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, and the thoughtful coffee, tea, and snacks. There is a pizza shop one minute away from the apartment, with restaurants and grocery options nearby. The only small thing to note is that the upstairs has low ceilings, so tall guests may need to duck—or, as we joked, “mind your crown.” We highly recommend Art Stone House. Thank you, Silvio, for your kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again."

"Property is nice enough, clean and comfortable. Location is pretty good and central. Where the hotel falls down is the service from the staff. There was little assistance in terms of advice of how to get from the station to the airport. Also, an iron was requested for the room but despite promises never arrived. Property good, staff service and friendliness a little lacking."
