“Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Luigia.
Die Inhaber und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit einem großen Balkon, und war sehr sauber, die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und Shampoo und Seife regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es Flüssigseife gegeben hätte.
Beim Frühstück erwartete uns eine große Auswahl an Speisen (vor allem an diversen Kuchen). Hervorzuheben ist die frische Zubereitung von Omelette……

“Loved this hotel. Perfect location in the centre of the Rimini Marina Centro area just a few meters from the beach front, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is modern and of a good standard. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schönen, sauberen Zimmer mit Balkon, die gute Lage nahe Strand und Zentrum sowie der sehr freundliche Nachtportier.
Leider überwiegen die erheblichen Mängel, die einem 4-Sterne-Haus nicht gerecht werden:
Der Spa war unser Hauptbuchungsgrund. Der hohe Preis von 30 € p.P. für nur 2 Std. Nutzung wird im Buchungsprozess, anders als andere Zusatzkosten, verschwiegen. Das ist intransparent und weckt falsche Erwartungen.

“Enjoyed three nights, four days at Residenza Parco Fellini. Loved that the hotel was connected with the Grande Hotel and we could take advantage of the access to the lovely beach (fee for use but worth it), pool, hotel bikes and amazing breakfast buffet. My personal favourite bonus was taking the hotel bikes and cycling the beach boardwalk. Goes on for miles! Staff also largely terrific. Room was smaller but 1) we knew it would be when booking and 2) it was completely workable and clean. ……
