I left my tumbler and call them immediately asked before it was even check out time to have someone grab it and please put it at the front desk they told me yes and I told them I would……

I should have cancelled and left right then. Then they moved my room from the second floor to the first which is scarier for me. Then my room number was told to me loudly in front of three men in the lobby that I didn’t know. Then I get to the room and the thing that’s on the top of the door to catch the door if it opens is……
