"As we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary we fell in love with this place! So quiet and peaceful! Beautiful cabin and they couldn’t have picked a better spot for it! Open meadows in the front view and wooded area off the back porch, just sooo peaceful! (The best of both worlds :). ) If you want to unwind and getaway from everything, this is the place to go, we would recommend to everyone and Great communication with owners!"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. Having coffee on the deck each morning with the incredible view and sound of the creek was heaven. We were so happy that we were able to bring our dogs. They enjoyed their time as much as we did. Cheryl is an excellent host, attentive and very understanding. We are planning an Autumn visit to enjoy the leaves. Highly recommend this property."

"We had a great stay here at the Muskie-Lounge River Retreat!! We were here for my son’s wedding. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The Tenney’s were flexible on check-in times and allowed us to get in a bit early to be able to shower/change from traveling before our rehearsal dinner. "Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. "Very nice, secluded cabin in the woods. Far enough away from a gravel road that didn't have much travel at all to feel secluded. Had good wifi, tv and all the things you need including full bathroom and kitchen. Well kept, very clean and seemed to be a pretty new build, (maybe only a year old or so). Close enough to the iga grocery store to get food to cook when you are not traveling around. Not far from old swiss village helvitia, historic bulltown civil war battle site and wildlife game...

"The property was absolutely beautiful. There was a bit of error on my part not planning on no reception so I didn’t write down the passcode but that was completely on me. The homeowners were so understanding and wonderful during all this which I am so appreciative for. The suite was clean, stocked with snacks, tea, and hot chocolate which was so sweet. Overall, after being on the slopes all day my partner and I had an amazing relaxing stay."
