Apartment with expansive views

Enjoy all the luxuries from home in this newly renovated apartment with spectacular views of the Picton harbour and the picturesque town of Picton.
The apartment is fully furnished and very comfortable and very warm and sunny.
Gorgeous views from the breakfast bar to enjoy while you have your breakfast.
Even the master bedroom has views from the bed....
The well designed kitchen has all new appliances including a gas hobb/electric oven and a dish washer. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The seperate TV area has a smart tv Freeview box, a gas fire and a large comfy couch. The separate laundry has a brand new washer and dryer. The lovely tiled bathroom will be sure to impress.

Please note: this apartment has no internal outside access other than the main door.
The apartment downstairs is fully rented long term by a quiet couple.

Stupendous View

This property has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Picton. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. If you are not a fan of climbing a very steep hill, it is best to have a car. The reason for that is the location lends itself to having a fabulous view of Picton and its picturesque setting. We are all about the view, when we choose properties to rent. This property has one of the best views, we have ever experienced. The house is perfectly laid out, to take advantage of that. The host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The kitchen is a great Cook's kitchen. Needs extra cutlery,(only four knives and forks), excellent stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer modern and large. Views over Picton are unbeatable! The entire apartment is modern, spacious and luxurious. I'll definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodation but lacking details

No hanging rail in wardrobe of bedroom 2 and lacking in basic kitchen equipment and no information on running of property or location. Permanent residents below inconsiderate when their party carried on till 3am with outside Xmas lights blinking outside our bedroom window all night. We stayed for 6 nights. Ian and Beth from Victoria

great spot, great view

Lovely big apartment, we enjoyed the view over Picton. The beds were comfy & the towels were fluffy! Lovely kitchen with exactly what we needed.
