"Wow! Clean. Views. Food. Quiet. Quaint. Did I mention clean. Great value. Melon mint soup was excellent. Grilled zucchini perfectly seasoned. Owner/operator is meticulous. Are they all like this in the French Alps. Only nit - need coffee when I wake up, either in the room or retrieve from downstairs (automatic coffee maker on timer).

"The apartment was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities we needed. For us, the location was good being only a quick 10 minute walk into the town centre and with the bus stopping right at the apartment block if the kids were too tired to walk back up at the end of the day.Although not on the ground floor, it still had a good grassy outdoor space for the children to play, much better than just having a balcony. A parking space was available to use but our vehicle was too tall to get in. The owner contacted us before our trip to advise that the resort had installed parking charges, but we managed to find a couple of spaces that didn’t need payment. Communication with the owner was excellent, she was extremely helpful. We had a really good stay and would stay again if we went back to the resort. "

A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "The property was great. New, clean, modern chalet. Plenty of room for 4 families with kids. It’s good 5-10 min walk to the lift, so we used my pick up to load all the gear and change in the car park.Sauna and hot tub was good to relax at the end of the day.The only small issue was next door restaurant or hotel extract fan that was making the noise. No issue with windows closed and did not work overnight. We got used to it.Thank you for lovely stay."
