Villa Loriana is a private property immersed in the Tuscan countryside. It is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday enjoying privacy with the benefit of a private swimming pool and it is also an ideal location to explore central Italy. You also have free access to the owners’ biological kitchen garden for fresh healthy vegetables.

Villa Loriana is an independent property comprising of a two-storey main house and two annexes.

MAIN HOUSE - sleeps 6.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, sofas, library, HIFI system, DVD reader; kitchenette. There is a double bedroom with private entrance with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
First floor: double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi and shower; one double bedroom with shower. Between the two bedrooms there is a sitting room opening on a terrace.

FIRST ANNEX - sleeps 2
Dining room; kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and microwave; mezzanine with one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi.

SECON ANNEX - sleeps 4.
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace; kitchen; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
First floor: double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi and shower.

The beautiful outdoor area and space of this property offers a private swimming pool (4m x 18m) which can be heated on request and furnished with sun lounges, garden furniture, gazebo with outside bed, patio with outside dining area.

Facilities: private pool, air conditioning in every room, DVD reader, HIFI system, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, internet WIFI. Cleaning and change of bed sheets twice a week.

Services upon request (extra cost): massages (Shiatsu or Ayurveda) in the villa or in the garden, wine tasting in Montalcino and Montepulciano, cheese tasting, private chef, personal trainer.
