Spacious and bright living area with sofas, TV, stereo, dining table overlooking the veranda.
Eat-in kitchen also overlooks a small veranda at the back of the house.
Possibility of equipment for small children.
Two bathrooms one on the ground floor with walk-in shower and one on the second floor with double sink and walk-in shower.
The house is a stone's throw from the sea and via Versilia, the main street of Tonfano where there are all shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets ..
Tonfano is a seaside town located between Pietrasanta (city of art with restaurants, art galleries ..) Forte dei Marmi (luxury boutiques and exclusive restaurants) and Viareggio (with its splendid promenade still with Art Nouveau buildings ) all easily accessible by bicycle.
Versilia is an ideal place to spend your holidays all year round.
The winter sea is very fascinating and you always have pleasant temperatures as soon as the sun comes out.
During the week, a different market takes place every morning:
Monday: lido di camaiore (on the promenade)
Wednesday: Forte dei marmi (famous for the big brands at discounted prices and research articles)
Thursday: Pietrasanta (characteristic village) and Viareggio (there is also organic agriculture and typical local products and clothing) Saturday: Tonfano (a stone's throw from the house where you can also find organic and typical local food)
Sunday: Forte dei marmi (part of Wednesday also takes place on Sunday)
The highway entrances are about 7km from Viareggio and 4km from the Versilia exit.
Perfect for families with children.
Possibility of having bicycles available.
Not suitable for groups of students.
In summer, agreements can be made with bathing establishments within walking distance with or without swimming pool on request.
Ideal place to spend your holidays!

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Ausstattung müsste mal wieder etwas erneuert werden, da einige Geräte wie z. B. der Geschirrspüler und ein Ventilator defekt waren oder die Toilettenspülung erneuert werden müsste.

Ruim huis waar alles voorzien is, proper,netjes in orde. Rustige buurt.Pluspunt zijn de 7 fietsen die beschikbaar zijn om snel tot het strand te rijden 2 ijskasten.Enige kleine opmerking dat de terrasstoelen aan de voorzijde van het gebouw wat doorgezeten zijn. Voor de rest toppie, een echte aanrader!

Amazing host

Veronica is a kind and generous host who wants the best experience for her guests. She checked in frequently to ask whether our group was having any issues. She was also kind enough to send a comprehensive list of restaurants, markets, etc to make our stay easier. The house is an ideal location for the beach and all the local amenities. Only if the temperatures are very hot, be aware the listing does not mention air conditioning as the house does not have it. The house has ceiling fans in the main room and master bedroom.

Sehr schönes Haus. Zwar schon älter aber gepflegt. Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Zum Strand (Bagno) 5 Minuten, öffentlicher Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Einkaufen und Restaurants alles sehr nah (Fussläufig). Fahrräder für alle vorhanden, zwei mit Kindersitz. Ruhige Gegend. Das 5. Schlafzimmer ist ein Fensterloser Kellerraum, würde ich nur bedingt in betracht ziehen da zu schlafen, vielleicht im Hochsommer wenn es heiß ist. Die Vermieterin Veronica ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kleinkinder. Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Gross-Familie-Italien-Ferien

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Ferien in Pietra-Santa. Veronica ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Vor-Infos sowie Check- in und out haben hervorragend geklappt. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, ein paar Minuten zum Einkaufen, ein paar Minuten zum Sand-Strand… Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an Nichts. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ( 7 Jahre) und wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können Veronicas Domizil bestens weiter empfehlen. Barbara aus der Schweiz

Familienurlaub

Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Die Kommunikation mit Veronica war in englisch und sehr herzlich. Die Lage des Hauses lädt für Tagesausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz ein. Strand und die nahen Berge lassen die Zeit kurzweilig erscheinen. Der Fischmakt in Viareggio , der Bäcker um die Ecke und Supermarkt ermöglichen ein reichhaltiges Esssen. In der Küche geht es bei 9 erwachsenen Personen etwas eng zu ist aber zu bewältigen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr entspannt geniesen können und Veronicas Bereitschaft zu helfen mussten wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

Die Vermieter so wie die Unterkunft lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Unser Aufenthalt hat alle unsere Wünsche übertroffen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur bestens weiter empfehlen. Wir freuen und bereits jetzt auf ein nächstes mal!!

Strandnah sehr nette Vermieterin

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Exzellentes WLAN vorhanden, der Fernseher ist für die heutige Zeit ein bisschen klein aber OK wer will im Urlaub schon fernsehen. Ein DVD Spieler ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche und einenm sehr schönen Garten. Die Vermieterin hat uns auch einen kleinen Barbecue gekauft als wir darum gebeten haben. Einem Grillabend steht also nichts im Wege. Es läßt sich sehr schön im Garten frühstücken. Alle Geschäfte nebst Strand sind in 2-3min erreichbar. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Seitenstrasse nahe der Strasse die zum Strand führt in der früh ist ein wenig Verkehr zu hören aber aus unserer Sicht völlig ok. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen und es gab kein Ungeziefer. Veronica die Vermieterin hat uns sehr gut betreut und war für alle Fragen stets schnell zur Stelle oder Ihre sehr nette Mama ist eingesprungen. Es gibt zwei Bäder (eins unten und eher klein eins oben groß, keine Badewanne). Insesamt 5 Schlafzimmer. Fahrräder zu Ausleihen gab es auch haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Falls wir wieder in die Toskana fahren, mit vielen Leuten, kommen wir gerne wieder zu Veronica. PS.: In fussweite gibt es eine Pizzeria die von außen ein bisschen schrammlig aussieht, aber wir haben dort die beste Pizza des Urlaubs gegessen zum Wochenende hin unbedingt reservieren..
