「La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. 「It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.」

「This place was very tastefully renovated and decorated and even has a pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing with so many choices of both sweet and savory options. Filippo made a great cappuccino every morning and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it felt private, there were restaurants, bars, bakeries, and public transportation within walking distance. Truly a hidden gem!」

「Personnel très accueillant et très sympathique. Le gérant a proposé de nous aider à porter les valises et pour cause de disponibilité nous avons eu le droit à une chambre plus grande pour aucun frais supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner super avec possibilité de faire son jus pressé et des gâteaux fait par le personnel de l’hôtel sont également à votre disponibilité tout comme un café ou un chocolat chaud.」
