「The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning. The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!」

Maria left clear instructions, clean linens, fresh fruit, and granola bars and chocolates. We rented this property for my son's graduation. The property is less than 20 mins from the school. 「If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...
